Meet Amanda Byrd, a certified Physician Assistant with special interest in orthopedics. Amanda received her B.S. from the University of Idaho. She completed her Physician Associate Program and received her Masters of Medical Science from Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut.

Amanda is certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants, a subsidiary of the American Medical Association. This training and certification qualifies Amanda to treat patients under the guidance of a physician.

Amanda is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Oregon Society of Physician Assistants and National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She also served as Past Yale University Health Advocate Student Representative.

Amanda is an active medical staff member at Legacy Meridian Park Hospital and Providence Portland Medical Center.

Amanda's favorite activities include traveling, yoga, crossword puzzles and spending time with her family and friends.
